# Silver Springs vs xRacket

The clearest difference is rating: Silver Springs at 5.0 against xRacket's 3.9. Silver Springs also leads on ratings volume (322 vs 7). xRacket's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Silver Springs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Silver Springs has 322 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Silver Springs's written reviews are positive against 100% of xRacket's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Silver Springs ships an update monthly, xRacket fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
