# Pic Answer vs Studyable

The clearest difference is update cadence: Studyable at every 2 days against Pic Answer's fortnightly. Studyable also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Pic Answer's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 37%) and ratings volume (3.5K vs 1.1K). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pic Answer sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Studyable sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Pic Answer against 4.7 for Studyable. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3.5K and 1.1K respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of Pic Answer's written reviews are positive against 37% of Studyable's.

Pic Answer ships an update fortnightly, Studyable every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
