# Reflectivity vs FoxNote

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Reflectivity at none against FoxNote's 7. Reflectivity also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). FoxNote's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (344 vs 2). On price, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FoxNote sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Reflectivity asks for nothing beyond the download.

FoxNote holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FoxNote has 344 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Reflectivity ships an update every 3 weeks, FoxNote fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
