# Nu Coach vs X Coach

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nu Coach at every 4 weeks against X Coach's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nu Coach sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $274.99 per month and X Coach sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $150.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
