# KanCN vs HiCN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HiCN at 100% against KanCN's 61%. HiCN also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6). KanCN's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (315 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KanCN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and HiCN sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HiCN holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KanCN has 315 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 61% of KanCN's written reviews are positive against 100% of HiCN's.

KanCN ships an update every 5 days, HiCN every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
