# LingoMy vs Talklet

LingoMy and Talklet both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 97% of Talklet's written reviews are positive against 25% of LingoMy's. Talklet also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (7.3K vs 242). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LingoMy sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Talklet sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Talklet holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Talklet has 7.3K ratings behind it against 242, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 25% of LingoMy's written reviews are positive against 97% of Talklet's.

LingoMy ships an update every 3 weeks, Talklet every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
