# Devoted vs AL

The clearest difference is update cadence: AL at daily against Devoted's every 6 months. Devoted's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Devoted against 5.0 for AL. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Devoted has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Devoted ships an update every 6 months, AL daily. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
