# Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen vs iWallpaper

The clearest difference is monetization model: iWallpaper at free with in-app purchases against Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen's subscription. iWallpaper also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 41%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 weeks). Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen's advantage is ratings volume (523 vs 15) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and iWallpaper sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen has 523 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen's written reviews are positive against 67% of iWallpaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Live Wallpapers 27 Lock Screen ships an update every 4 weeks, iWallpaper every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
