# 연공 vs Ecostep

The clearest difference is update cadence: 연공 at weekly against Ecostep's every 4 weeks. 연공 also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

연공 ships an update weekly, Ecostep every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
