# Functional Groups vs AntiPath

The clearest difference is update cadence: AntiPath at every 10 days against Functional Groups's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Functional Groups sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and AntiPath sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Functional Groups ships an update every 4 months, AntiPath every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
