# Cubbes vs Fx Hive

The clearest difference is rating: Cubbes at 4.6 against Fx Hive's 3.0. Cubbes also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (21 vs 2). Fx Hive's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cubbes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Fx Hive sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cubbes holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cubbes has 21 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Cubbes ships an update every 3 weeks, Fx Hive every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
