# Digital Invitation Maker vs Invitation Maker

Digital Invitation Maker and Invitation Maker both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Digital Invitation Maker's written reviews are positive against 15% of Invitation Maker's. Invitation Maker's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Digital Invitation Maker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Invitation Maker sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Digital Invitation Maker against 4.7 for Invitation Maker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Invitation Maker has 735 ratings behind it against 72, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Digital Invitation Maker's written reviews are positive against 15% of Invitation Maker's.

Digital Invitation Maker ships an update every 6 weeks, Invitation Maker fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
