# Digi Notes vs Nota

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nota at every 6 days against Digi Notes's fortnightly. Digi Notes's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Digi Notes sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Nota sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Digi Notes ships an update fortnightly, Nota every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
