# Victor cam vs TopInfrared

The clearest difference is rating: Victor cam at 5.0 against TopInfrared's 3.5. Victor cam also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). TopInfrared's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 0%) and ratings volume (52 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TopInfrared sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Victor cam asks for nothing beyond the download.

Victor cam holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TopInfrared has 52 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Victor cam's written reviews are positive against 40% of TopInfrared's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Victor cam ships an update every 2 days, TopInfrared every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
