# LingoLooper vs Converly

The clearest difference is ads: Converly at none against LingoLooper's shown. LingoLooper's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 154). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LingoLooper sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Converly sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LingoLooper holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LingoLooper has 1.2K ratings behind it against 154, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 80% and 80% positive.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
