# Frequency Movement vs PureGym US

The clearest difference is rating: Frequency Movement at 5.0 against PureGym US's 4.6. Frequency Movement also leads on iOS requirement (13.5 vs 15.0). PureGym US's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 26 months) and ratings volume (18K vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
