# Quintext vs Deco Deck

The clearest difference is update cadence: Quintext at every 3 weeks against Deco Deck's every 5 months. Quintext also leads on ratings volume (17 vs 2). Deco Deck's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quintext sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Deco Deck sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Quintext against 5.0 for Deco Deck. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quintext has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Quintext ships an update every 3 weeks, Deco Deck every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
