# BLE Scan Pro vs FindMe

The clearest difference is rating: FindMe at 5.0 against BLE Scan Pro's 4.5. FindMe also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). BLE Scan Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BLE Scan Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and FindMe sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FindMe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BLE Scan Pro has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BLE Scan Pro ships an update fortnightly, FindMe every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on September 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
