# Cove Connect vs Viconor

The clearest difference is rating: Cove Connect at 4.4 against Viconor's 2.5. Cove Connect also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (4.9K vs 8). Viconor's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 22%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cove Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cove Connect has 4.9K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of Cove Connect's written reviews are positive against 33% of Viconor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cove Connect ships an update fortnightly, Viconor every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
