The clearest difference is ads: NDS Ghost Hunter at none against Ghost Lens's shown. Ghost Lens's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 9 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NDS Ghost Hunter sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Ghost Lens sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
