# NDS Ghost Hunter vs HauntKeep

The clearest difference is monetization model: HauntKeep at free against NDS Ghost Hunter's freemium. HauntKeep also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). NDS Ghost Hunter's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NDS Ghost Hunter sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and HauntKeep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HauntKeep holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NDS Ghost Hunter has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
