# SLAY STRONG vs Fasting Path

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fasting Path at every 4 days against SLAY STRONG's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SLAY STRONG sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $399.99 per month and Fasting Path sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SLAY STRONG ships an update monthly, Fasting Path every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on June 1, 2026 and September 13, 2026 respectively.
