Train for hybrid races like HYROX®. 8Round is the hybrid race stopwatch: eight running legs and, between them, the eight stations, in competition order and with competition weights. LEVEL 0: START FROM ZERO Never run before, or coming back after years? Level 0 builds you a plan up to your race, mixing running and walking, with your heart rate zone, GPS when you run outdoors and Hugo and Nora for strength. While you run, they call out each block and whether to speed up or ease off. Free. THE CLOCK NEVER STOPS Just like race day, from the first leg to the last. Your rest counts too, and 8Round times it apart so you see how much time you lose standing still. ON YOUR WRIST: APPLE WATCH AND GARMIN Take the race on your watch: the leg, the time, your heart rate and the ghost, and the big button starts and closes each leg without touching your phone. In Doubles and Relay it buzzes on your turn. The Apple Watch also works on its own, without your iPhone, with its GPS. And your heart rate from any Bluetooth strap. Every race is saved to Apple Health. YOUR PREDICTED TIME AND YOUR PLAN From your races, 8Round works out the time you'd do today and where you lose it: transitions, stations or pace. It gives you a leg-by-leg race strategy and a week-by-week training plan up to race day, starting with what costs you most time. With strength work, with or without equipment, and Hugo and Nora doing every exercise. RACE THE GHOST Against your best, another race of yours or a friend's: on every leg you see whether you're ahead or behind. SIX LEVELS AND CUSTOM Open and Pro are the competition divisions, with the exact weights for each. Below them, four levels — Level 1 to Level 4 — to work your way up without taking on the full race on day one. Custom, the whole race with your own numbers. And Stations, a single exercise with your metres and kilos. YOUR PROGRESS Your history, every race leg by leg, and the graphs: how your time drops, your transitions, your heart rate by zone and your best marks. DOUBLES, RELAY AND COMMUNITY Race with your friends, each on their own phone, with one countdown for all. Chat, groups, the workout feed and the map to find people to train with. The community is for ages 14 and up: from 14 to 17 only your friends and other minors can see you, and chat photos are adults only. RANKING, ONLY WITH YOUR NICKNAME One for Open and one for Pro, with what you run from Compete, and one for each Level from 1 to 4, with full races you run from Train, alone and without pauses. It shows your nickname and your time, nothing else: no name, no photo, no email. By city, country, continent and the world. If you're in the community and an adult, you're in automatically; leave in Settings whenever you want and your row is erased. YOUR ACCOUNT, FREE With Apple, Google or your email, when you open the app: your races and your plan come back if you change phones. FREE, ALWAYS Level 0, Level 1, Stations, the PFT, competing in Open (solo, Doubles or Relay), heart-rate strap support, your predicted time, your race strategy, your training plan's first week, your best marks, your history for the current three months, the community and the ranking never cost anything. 8ROUND PLUS Level 2, 3 and 4, Custom, Pro, ghost mode, your plan's guided sessions from the second week, your progress graphs and your full history are 8Round Plus, with a 14-day free trial: monthly or yearly subscription, auto-renewing at the same price; you're charged when the free trial ends and it renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, from your Apple account settings. Or a one-time lifetime purchase. IN ENGLISH, SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE With the names athletes actually use: sled push or empuje de trineo. 8Round is by Reverfit.
