# To vs Noti

The clearest difference is rating: Noti at 5.0 against To's 4.4. Noti also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6). To's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. To sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Noti asks for nothing beyond the download.

Noti holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: To has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
