# Hush vs Groupify Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Groupify Mobile at 5.0 against Hush's 2.5. Groupify Mobile also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). Hush's advantage is ratings volume (619 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Groupify Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hush has 619 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Hush ships an update fortnightly, Groupify Mobile weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
