# Feast Fit vs Trena

The clearest difference is update cadence: Trena at weekly against Feast Fit's every 4 weeks. Trena also leads on ratings volume (23 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Feast Fit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per month and Trena sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Feast Fit against 4.9 for Trena. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trena has 23 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Feast Fit ships an update every 4 weeks, Trena weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
