# iSecurity vs Fixter

The clearest difference is rating: iSecurity at 4.3 against Fixter's 3.3. iSecurity also leads on ratings volume (5.6K vs 43) and review sentiment (38% vs 25%). Fixter's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iSecurity sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days and Fixter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iSecurity holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iSecurity has 5.6K ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of iSecurity's written reviews are positive against 25% of Fixter's.

iSecurity ships an update every 9 days, Fixter fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
