# Transcribe vs QR Code Store

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: QR Code Store at 15.0 against Transcribe's 18.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Transcribe sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and QR Code Store sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $15.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
