# Primal vs X

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: X at none against Primal's 5. X also leads on device support (3 vs 1). Primal's advantage is ratings volume (928 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Primal sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. X asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Primal against 5.0 for X. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Primal has 928 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
