# Reflex vs Gigmap

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Gigmap at 100% against Reflex's 41%. Gigmap also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Reflex's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 7) and chart position (#1 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gigmap holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reflex has 1.7K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 41% of Reflex's written reviews are positive against 100% of Gigmap's.

Reflex ships an update fortnightly, Gigmap every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
