# ChatGo vs Max

The clearest difference is ads: ChatGo at none against Max's shown. ChatGo also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChatGo sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Max sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
