# 习惯岛 vs CanGoal

The clearest difference is rating: 习惯岛 at 5.0 against CanGoal's 4.7. CanGoal's advantage is ratings volume (72 vs 3) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 习惯岛 sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and CanGoal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

习惯岛 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CanGoal has 72 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of 习惯岛's written reviews are positive against 95% of CanGoal's.

习惯岛 ships an update every 5 weeks, CanGoal every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
