# FavFocus vs Focus Timer

The clearest difference is ads: Focus Timer at none against FavFocus's shown. Focus Timer also leads on device support (4 vs 1). FavFocus's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.4). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FavFocus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Focus Timer sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
