# Timize vs Hidem

The clearest difference is rating: Timize at 5.0 against Hidem's 4.2. Timize also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 74%). Hidem's advantage is ratings volume (928 vs 10). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timize sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hidem sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timize holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hidem has 928 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Timize's written reviews are positive against 74% of Hidem's.

Timize ships an update every 3 weeks, Hidem every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
