# Solitaire Forever vs Solitaire Ⓞ

The clearest difference is price: Solitaire Ⓞ at Free against Solitaire Forever's $2.99. Solitaire Ⓞ also leads on ratings volume (448K vs 48) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). Solitaire Forever's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (78% vs 68%). On update cadence, in-app purchases, chart position and device support there is nothing between them.

Solitaire Ⓞ is free to download; Solitaire Forever costs $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Solitaire Ⓞ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solitaire Ⓞ has 448K ratings behind it against 48, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Solitaire Forever's written reviews are positive against 68% of Solitaire Ⓞ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
