# Units vs Synchro Stopwatch

The clearest difference is rating: Synchro Stopwatch at 4.7 against Units's 4.1. Synchro Stopwatch also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Units's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 50%) and ratings volume (51 vs 11). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Units sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Synchro Stopwatch asks for nothing beyond the download.

Synchro Stopwatch holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 51 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Units's written reviews are positive against 50% of Synchro Stopwatch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
