# British Airways vs Biman

The clearest difference is rating: British Airways at 4.5 against Biman's 2.6. British Airways also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (274K vs 18). Biman's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

British Airways holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: British Airways has 274K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of British Airways's written reviews are positive against 22% of Biman's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

British Airways ships an update every 3 weeks, Biman every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
