# Facebook vs SaveTk

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Facebook at 29M against SaveTk's 17K. Facebook also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and chart position (#2 vs #123). SaveTk's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Facebook sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and SaveTk sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Facebook against 4.6 for SaveTk. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Facebook has 29M ratings behind it against 17K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 40% of Facebook's written reviews are positive against 36% of SaveTk's.

Facebook ships an update weekly, SaveTk every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 18, 2026.
