# Catholic Calendar vs Square Note The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Square Note at none against Catholic Calendar's 10. Square Note also leads on review sentiment (93% vs 82%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Catholic Calendar's advantage is ratings volume (978 vs 70). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them. Both are free to download. Catholic Calendar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Square Note asks for nothing beyond the download. On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Catholic Calendar against 4.7 for Square Note.
