# More Cowbell! vs ClockArt

The clearest difference is rating: ClockArt at 5.0 against More Cowbell!'s 2.9. More Cowbell!'s advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 33 months) and ratings volume (35 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ClockArt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: More Cowbell! has 35 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of More Cowbell!'s written reviews are positive against 56% of ClockArt's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

More Cowbell! ships an update every 3 weeks, ClockArt every 33 months. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
