# Timer vs Timers!

The clearest difference is rating: Timer at 4.8 against Timers!'s 1.0. Timer also leads on ratings volume (221 vs 1). Timers!'s advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 80%) and price ($0.99 vs $3.99). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Timer costs $3.99 and Timers! $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Timer holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timer has 221 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Timer's written reviews are positive against 100% of Timers!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Timer ships an update every 7 months, Timers! every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
