# Koredoko vs Exif Metadata

The clearest difference is rating: Exif Metadata at 4.6 against Koredoko's 3.0. Exif Metadata also leads on ratings volume (6K vs 34) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Koredoko's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Exif Metadata sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Koredoko asks for nothing beyond the download.

Exif Metadata holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Exif Metadata has 6K ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Koredoko's written reviews are positive against 42% of Exif Metadata's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Koredoko ships an update every 2 months, Exif Metadata fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
