# Keeper Password Manager vs Passkeys App

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Keeper Password Manager at 231K against Passkeys App's 973. Keeper Password Manager also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.7) and chart position (#21 vs unranked). Passkeys App's advantage is review sentiment (87% vs 65%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Keeper Password Manager sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $13.99 per year and Passkeys App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Keeper Password Manager holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Keeper Password Manager has 231K ratings behind it against 973, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Keeper Password Manager's written reviews are positive against 87% of Passkeys App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Keeper Password Manager ships an update every 3 weeks, Passkeys App fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
