# iTranslate Translator vs Flow AI

iTranslate Translator and Flow AI both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 69% of iTranslate Translator's written reviews are positive against 41% of Flow AI's. iTranslate Translator also leads on ratings volume (532K vs 448) and chart position (#30 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iTranslate Translator sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Flow AI sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for iTranslate Translator against 4.6 for Flow AI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iTranslate Translator has 532K ratings behind it against 448, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 69% of iTranslate Translator's written reviews are positive against 41% of Flow AI's.

iTranslate Translator ships an update weekly, Flow AI every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
