# JamBase vs iTour.phish

The clearest difference is rating: JamBase at 4.9 against iTour.phish's 4.3. JamBase also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 9). iTour.phish's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 55%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iTour.phish sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. JamBase asks for nothing beyond the download.

JamBase holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JamBase has 1.7K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of JamBase's written reviews are positive against 83% of iTour.phish's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

JamBase ships an update fortnightly, iTour.phish every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
