# Lufthansa vs DB Navigator

The clearest difference is ads: DB Navigator at none against Lufthansa's shown. Lufthansa's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 31%) and ratings volume (93K vs 16K). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Lufthansa against 4.6 for DB Navigator. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lufthansa has 93K ratings behind it against 16K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of Lufthansa's written reviews are positive against 31% of DB Navigator's.

Lufthansa ships an update every 2 weeks, DB Navigator fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
