# Lufthansa vs Malta Beach Buddy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Malta Beach Buddy at 100% against Lufthansa's 56%. Malta Beach Buddy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Lufthansa's advantage is ratings volume (95K vs 1) and chart position (#84 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Malta Beach Buddy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lufthansa has 95K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 56% of Lufthansa's written reviews are positive against 100% of Malta Beach Buddy's.

Lufthansa ships an update fortnightly, Malta Beach Buddy every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
