# Lufthansa vs LOT Polish Airlines

The clearest difference is ads: LOT Polish Airlines at none against Lufthansa's shown. Lufthansa's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 30%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Lufthansa against 4.8 for LOT Polish Airlines. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lufthansa has 95K ratings behind it against 9.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of Lufthansa's written reviews are positive against 30% of LOT Polish Airlines's.

Lufthansa ships an update fortnightly, LOT Polish Airlines every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
