# TMZ vs FEED Mobile

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TMZ at 62% against FEED Mobile's 21%. TMZ also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (213K vs 17K). FEED Mobile's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and chart position there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TMZ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TMZ has 213K ratings behind it against 17K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 62% of TMZ's written reviews are positive against 21% of FEED Mobile's.

TMZ ships an update monthly, FEED Mobile every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
