# Fractals vs SetMyCameraMx

The clearest difference is rating: Fractals at 4.3 against SetMyCameraMx's 3.8. Fractals also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and price ($2.99 vs $6.99). SetMyCameraMx's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 11 months). On review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Fractals holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fractals has 76 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Fractals's written reviews are positive against 69% of SetMyCameraMx's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
